Chefs

Swine Festival is held in the park-like setting outside the Iowa Culinary Institute next to the lake on DMACC's Ankeny campus. Live music will be provided by The Guilty Pleasures and will set the mood for a relaxed afternoon of sampling provided by the following participants:

Wineries

Hy-Vee Wine & Spirits will be pouring and selling several unique wines from their expansive selection of wines from around the world. This gives guests the opportunity for guests to compare and contrast Iowa wines to their counterparts from other regions.

Admission to the event includes one bottle of wine of the guest's choice from any of the participating wineries or Hy-Vee Wine & Spirits, a commemorative wine glass, unlimited wine and pork samples and live music.

Craft beers from two breweries affiliated with participating wineries will also be available for purchase. Madhouse Brewery (Jasper Winery) and Twisted Vine Brewery (Madison County Winery) will have their own tent and offer beer for sale by the pint.
